Binding Buddy

To cut bias binding strips:
Place ruler with 45° angled edge on selvage edge of fabric. (If using a full width of fabric, you may want to cut off the fabric fold). Cut on both sides of the ruler. Lift ruler; place left edge of ruler on newly cut left edge of fabric and continue cutting strips.

To cut straight-of-grain binding strips:
Place ruler with straight edge on selvage edge of fabric. (Note: fabric may be folded in layers). Cut on both sides of the ruler. Lift ruler; place left edge of ruler on newly cut left edge of fabric and continue cutting in strips.
